Service requests can be made by phone at (416) 829-2921 or via WhatsApp at https://wa.me/14168292921. When requesting service, you must provide accurate information including your exact location, vehicle make and model, and the nature of the issue. The Company reserves the right to refuse service at its sole discretion.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, debit, and all major credit cards. Additional fees may apply for:
If you cancel a service request after a truck has been dispatched, a cancellation fee may apply. This fee covers the time and fuel costs incurred. The cancellation fee is typically $25-50 depending on distance traveled. If our driver arrives at the location and is unable to locate you or the vehicle after reasonable attempts, the full service fee may be charged.
The Company exercises reasonable care in transporting your vehicle. However, we are not responsible for:
Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided. We recommend that you review your insurance policy, as coverage for towing-related damages may be provided by your insurer.
Before towing, our technician will conduct a visual inspection of your vehicle and document its condition with photos. By accepting our service, you acknowledge that this inspection is for damage prevention purposes and that any pre-existing damage noted (or not noted) is your responsibility. You are encouraged to review the inspection photos before we depart.
For scrap car removal services:
Our roadside assistance services include battery jump-starts, flat tire changes, fuel delivery, and lockout recovery. These services are provided on a best-effort basis. We cannot guarantee that every vehicle can be jump-started or lockout can be resolved without damage. If we are unable to resolve the issue on-site, we will offer towing services at the standard rate.
You agree to:
Our fleet includes low-clearance vehicles designed for underground parking access. However, if your vehicle is in a location with height restrictions below 6'6", you must notify our dispatcher before dispatch. We reserve the right to refuse service or charge additional fees if the access is significantly more challenging than described.
For long-distance towing (over 50 km), a deposit may be required before dispatch. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed due to traffic, weather, and vehicle considerations. The customer is responsible for any parking, storage, or access fees at the destination.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect personal information including your name, phone number, address, and location for service delivery purposes. We do not sell or share your information with third parties except as necessary to provide services or as required by law.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario, unless the claim is within small claims court jurisdiction.
